I got my first pet-sitting gig when I was 11 and from that moment on I was hooked. I’m the person at the party who is hanging out with the owner’s dogs and trying to befriend the stray neighborhood cats. I’ve worked in a professional dog daycare, at a grooming salon, for a dog trainer, and at a large animal shelter before finally opening my own pet-sitting service a few years ago. Alongside my professional work with pets, I volunteer for our local small animal rescue group as a foster (because cuddling puppies is the GREATEST), foster coordinator, and fundraiser. I’ve been invited to give talks to college students about animal welfare and rescue opportunities.

I’m committed to education and constantly learning more in this field. I’m a member of Pet Sitters International, the leading educational organization for professional pet sitters. I’m a Fear Free Certified professional pet sitter because I’m committed to your animal having a fun and stress-free time while I care for them. I’m animal First Aid/CPR certified, and also have taken additional education courses on animal body language, and dog and cat enrichment.

In my free time I hang out with my personal pets (3 dogs and 2 cats), travel the world, roller skate, practice photography (be ready for some KILLER pet portraits during my stay with your pet), and get obsessive about 80’s and 90’s pop culture trivia.
